As I was taking pictures of my heater core install. I observed odd welding/grinding on the frame, above the ecm(computer) cradle.
Is this evidence of a bubba/build? The computer cradle is the tan thing, the front of the vehicle is to the left of the cradle. Is this normal??? The front of the vehicle towards the bottom of the picture. I'm looking up from the passenger footwell.(tan thing is the ECM cradle.
I'm sure a better job would have been done if they realized there would be thousands of owners getting a glimpse of their handiwork.....all while having the time of their lives....

Going to perform a leak test on the heater core and heater control valve this week.
Add more antifreeze and supposedly, burp the engine. Never done in the past with a funnel.
Just open the radiator cap and watch the fluid. As the fluid level drops, add more. Am, I wrong in this approach?
