I have been doing some trouble shooting on my car. Its been Opti related which I have sent back to get checked and it is in working order. The vendor Petris has been great, I really recommend them. They heat soaked the Opti and really went to the next level. The recommendation is to look at the fitment of the connectors on the Opti test connector. While I am waiting for the Opti to ship back I decided to tear into the ground connections on the car, specially the battery ground and frame grounding strap that runs to the bell housing, I will also loosen and clean the large ground on the engine block. With the battery removed it is a straight shot to the bolt, very good forum recommendation. I took some pictures of the other two ground and there are very dull and dusty. I was getting H16 and H36 codes. I "hope" after cleaning these up and reviewing the Opti test connection I might have a solution. Anyway I thought I would share and if anyone has comments on the condition of the grounds happy to hear. I know it can't hurt to clean them up which it what I will do.
