Idling Issue
Hello! Looking for any sort of help or advice with my 1992 corvette. Just recently, it has started to act up when idling. The rpms are fluctuating, and it will stall. This only happens when it is sitting for 5 minutes or more, besides that it still drives great.
Any sort of help to get started on addressing this issue is much appreciated. Thanks!

- Fuel pressure
- Fuel Pressure Regulator
- Injector ohms (hot and cold)
- Plug Wires
- Plugs
- Make sure the IAC valve isn't coked up
- Verify the EGR valve operates
- Scan it and see what the o2 sensors are saying

16 is the low res signal from the Opti and typically indicates it's on the way out. Might want to disconnect and then reconnect the harness that goes to it as well as the coil wire. Then reset the code and see if the symptoms persist and the code returns. If it does, you can look at it on a scanner and verify what's going on or start shopping for a new opti.

Looks like a spark plug wire. Runs from the ignition coil on the front of the passenger side cylinder head to the optispark.
