Default Under hood lights not working

I found this thread on the same topic

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...t-working.html

I’ve checked the bulbs and they’re working. No power at the harnesses at the base of 5he hood either. Guessing the fuse has been pulled but have yet to find a burned out or missing one. Anyone know which fuse is for this circuit? 94 base model if that helps.

The fuse is located by the driver side marker light.

Perfect. Found it! Even got the push pin out without breaking it. As the other thread suggested, no fuse.

For bonus points:

1). What size fuse? 15 Amp?
2) What is the black snow globe in the pic for? Doesn’t look like it’s connected to anything.

10 amp

The round canister is a vacuum reservoir for cruise control and a couple of other vacuum accessories.

Make sure that the lights go out when you lower the hood, otherwise they will stay on and kill the battery. There's a reason that some one pulled the fuses. If they don't go out, you will need to adjust the mercury switches which are located in the light housing
