Instrument cluster
My instrument cluster is not lighting up when I turn on the car. Besides the fuse, are there any other possible issues that could be causing it. Also, is the theft deturent connected to the power for the cluster?

Year? Bad ground, worn/burned out circuits, loose connection, and others. If I understand your reason behind the second question, the answer is no, the anti-theft system is not the reason your gauge cluster isn't working.
