On my 1984 Corvette, both speakers on the driver side have stopped working this because by a bad speaker or just a bad radio. Hope to hear from someone soon.

Your car is 40 years old as are the electrolytic capacitors in the speaker amplifiers (one with each speaker), and possibly also in the head unit and CDM, These things leak with time and fail. If you want to keep that system, either remove those 2 speakers, or better yet, the whole system, and send it out for repair. There are numerous places listed in various posts on this site, including Dr. Don's, Bose Central, and many others so do a search on here.
I have used Bose Central to overhaul everything, they do good work, their turnover times were quick, and they are 1/3 - 1/2 the cost of some of the other services.
This is well known and is purely an age-related problem,
I took your advice pulled the radio for the start and sent it to Bose Central in Florida they were very polite and willing to help but I definitely want to thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I only hope when I go to install it did I remember how to wire and go on the left side of that video I had some notes that somehow I lost them there are three plugs well maybe two plugs and one pigtail and I’m not sure which one of those big plugs go to which receptacle I’m quite sure they are probably set up to only go one way but I’ll find out if I get the radio in and the speakers are still acting up I’ll start disassembling the door panel and remove that speaker and the rear speaker and take the amplifiers off and mail them out and again thanks for your help. I really appreciate it when I get the install. I’ll let you know how I made out
Looking for someone who has a good memory. I finally got my Bose stereo back from Bose Central in Florida just wondering offhand on the left hand backside of the radio there are three plugs one is black. One is white and one is blue would anyone. Remember how they go back in I had a diagram, but unfortunately had it in my pants pocket and washed it. all help is greatly appreciated, again they are located on the back left-hand side. The two on the right hand side are straightforward. Hope to hear from someone soon
Check your local pick and pull. You might get lucky. I found and pulled 2 good amps and saved my stereo. Not sure how long they will last, but cost $20.
