Source for stock 6 speed shift ****?

The leather on the stock **** on my ‘89 is ripped, who makes a good stock replacement ****? I have the stock shifter with reverse lockout. Thanks

Have you checked the typicalnvet places? Zips, corvette central etc?

Yea, google shift **** 1989 corvette. Lotsa sources. Fun part is getting that little wedge key pulled out of the slot, so you can twist the **** off. Google will help with that too.

There is a guy on ebay that goes by zr1 something that re wraps them for a decent price and will do them in various colors

Don't lose the Shift Pattern plate that goes inside the Shifter. I understand that they are no longer being re produced and there all gone.

I poked around on this same topic awhile back, IIRC many members said that the reproduction leather ***** offered by the larger Corvette parts places were not very well made.

Would love to hear from those that have actually bought some from Ecklers, etc. and their thoughts.
