Update to 84 ac delete

Just finished my ac delete on my 1984. Let me start by saying I have removed my smog system and I am using a 85.5 inch belt. Ok I used

Dorman 34157 A/C Compressor Bypass Pulley

for the ac delete. Bolts right up to the stock ac brackets. Just need a file to file down on the brackets to make clearance for the pulley took me 2 mins. After that just put back on the belt and she’s done. The longest part was taking of my valve cover to get one bolt out of the ac bracket. I put all my components I removed in a box and put it on the scale………..42.6 pounds I removed just from the ac and smog systems I could t believe it. If anyone is thinking about a ac delete do it! Frees up a lot of space in the engine bay and sheds a couple of pounds. I have 2 windows and a removable top, here in the east coast I have never ran my ac in my corvette.
