I noticed before that if I went 65 or faster, I would get a shimmy in the front and found out that my 2 ride side rims were bent. After I replaced them, the ride was smooth as silk. Well I'm getting a shimmy again. If I find out I have another bent rim, I'm gonna be SOOO pissed. :cuss :banghead: :cuss
Is it possible to have a shimmy caused by bad wheels? I know I'm due for some new ones. My right-front is pretty low and my rear-left keeps losing tire pressure. They are diagonal of one another and I notice sometimes the car wants to pull in either direction. Could the tread be causing all these problems? :cry
If you're saying the tread is reversed on one wheel and forward on the other then I would think that might potentially contribute to the problem. Our tires are not uni-directional.
