P0441 Code... again

P0441 Code... again
Hey guys,
Having the dreaded P0441 DTC ( Evap Incorrect Purge Flow) popping up again on my 96 CE LT4. Here's what I've done and still can't get rid of it:
Changed gas cap to OEM
Replaced vacuum solenoid
Replaced Evap vacuum switch ( purge)
Replaced vent solenoid ( between the gas tank and the vapor canister)
Replaced vapor canister
Checked all pig tail connections for bent or broken pins
Replaced portion of hose from canister
Replaced portion of hose from air pump for the hell of it, looked old.
Blew out lines as best as I could.
All this said and done , the car drives beautifully.
I've erased the code after every step but in a day or so , it's back on.
Has anyone done any different procedures to get rid of it? Everything I replaced was original, so it was time for them to go.
Any good advice is always appreciated. Thanks
