1990 C4 Base Model ECM Replacement
I have been getting the 'Service Engine Soon' light. When I do a check, I always get two codes: H41 and H43. When doing my research, I keep seeing ECU (H41) and H43.
I purchased a pre-owned ECU for the 1990 C4 Automatic, and I need to know a few things from the experts:
1) Do I need to do anything special to replace the ECM and start the engine?
2) I read somewhere that I need to put my current chip in the new ECM. Is this true?
3) Is there anything that I need to know, need to do to make the swap successful.
No modifications have been done to the stock L98
