I use brad nails and slide them along the wire and into weatherpak connector to the point they make contact with the terminals within.
Top 2 wires of TPS, your twisting TPS until you reach .54 volts.
After you set it, you may want to do a minimum idle adjustment. If you had to move idle screw during minimum idle adjustment, you will have to reset TPS voltage.
You can also use these connectors on your multimeter to back probe the TPS connector. I purchased them for another project and have used them many times now.
