Default Steering column part?

Does anyone know where this nylon flanged bearing belongs? I dismantled my steering column and, after restoring everything associated with the steering column, I ended up with one broken 1" ID plastic flange bearing. I have two shop manuals, and have done lots of searching online but cannot find where this bearing goes. I thing it fell off the column when one of the springs let loose, but I just cannot find a place for it. Lesson learned: take photos of EVERYTHING! And maybe also: watch for errant flying parts as you disassemble things, especially where springs are involved...
I did buy a new flange bearing, shown in the photo, just in case I actually find a home for it.

Default

It's part of the lower mast jacket bearing and this eBay offering is similar to all but not exactly maybe like yours. All Saginaw columns are very similar regardless of the car.

Default Plastic flange bearing for steering column

Thanks for refreshing my memory. I thought I took a photo of it next to the lower end of the steering column but could not find the pic.
Appreciate your help.
