Hardtop install
I just purchased my 93 convertible. Wanting to remove the top, it found the bolts holding the top on have bottomed out without tightening the top down. Some of the 10 bolts appear to be 1/8 to 3/16 inch too long. Any thoughts out there?

Are the too long bolts the non- captive bolts that are used for the removeable side brackets? If so, maybe just get a few washers to compensate. The original bolts should be allen head.
