Have used LG for many years with great results. You may, as others have said, get it buffed, then apply the LG. It has a wash, precleaner, and then the polish. I use it on the glass also. :)

When I first bought my 'Vette I got Liquid Glass to polish the car. I loved it.

The other posts that mention it sealing in imperfections are right on. I also noticed that it does harden the paint and paint chips are more apt to happen. Just my observation.

Anyway, about 10 months ago I decided to give the Zaino line a try, Here's my observations.

The Zaino is harder to use (compared to LG). The Zaino left a "clearer" shine on my black '88. That is to say... the LG gave it a good shine but the Zaino gave it an optically deeper shine.

If you go with the LG, I would recommend that you use the Precleaner a couple of times before you use the Liquid Glass. It will remove the oxidation better than the LG.

Both products are excellent in my opinion. Right now I am using the Zaino line on my baby. (AKA Midnite)

Good luck and let us know how it works out for you.

Mike.
