Default The Wave

I've been waving for a long time. I can remember waving to MG TD's when there were a lot of them on the road.

But I don't wave just to get a wave back. I dont' collect waves or no waves. I wave because I want to wave.

Remember - The wave is its own reward! When it stops being fun, stop doing it.

I wave at everyone driving a Corvette that I see. Usually.....they return the wave, but not always. I think the people that don't wave back either don't see you, or they just consider their Vette to be "a car". They may not care about the "brotherhood" and history of the Corvette. But, I will continue to wave because....it does have it's own reward. :seeya

:seeya isn't a game to keep score as to how many get returned. I wave cuz I love my Corvettes and the many people I have met at Corvette gatherings that make this a great group. :seeya :seeya :seeya

Waved at a guy w/ a C5 at a Gas station the other day as he was pulling out and I was pulling in....he looked right at me and didn't wave back, didn't even acknowledge my existence. I am not worthy in my little C4.

Yea, that's my senitment; gosh I even wave sometimes in my IROC-Z cause I just feel like it.

Got a wave back this PM from a C5; I nearly missed him as he was in the on-comming traffic lane. So I too feel somel, though not all, of the missed :seeya are just "didn't see ya's".

I've had my 95 for a bout a year now. I first weekend I took it out all of these people in other vettes started waving at me. Of course I waved back. I'm thinking this is just too cool! When I bought my vette I had no idea I entered a brotherhodd, but I sure am glad to belong! Keep waving!

I wave at every vette I see. Some new vette owners don't know about or understand the history of the wave. It' s our responsibility to educate them.

Keep on wavin' :seeya

I got a wave back the other day from a fellow C4 owner. It's the first one I've seen so far in my vette so I guess I'm 1 for 1.
