Yellow Vette
Hi guys, Im looking at a 1995 Competition Yellow Vette.
Its an auto with 61k miles the dealer wants 15,900.
Is that a good price?? What do you guys think about the yellow
Vettes?? Ive always liked red but not sure if I will like the yellow???
Any thoughts on the price or color??

i like yellow vettes better than any other color.
Keep looking, I gave $12,500 for my 95 116,000 miles with new paint,tires,and fresh motor..

Yellow seems to bring a premium as well plus what options does it have?
I don't think it's a bad price. It depends on what similiar cars are going for in your area. It's right in line with the prices in my neck of the woods. Yellow will definitely get people's attention (including the police).

$15,900 seems okay, but you can probably do a little better - I imagine they will come down a little bit. There was a yellow LT4 coupe on Ebay, the bidding only got to $18,000 but it didn't meet its reserve. The buy-it-now was $22,000. Check out Ebay, http://www.rogerscorvette.com (although his prices are generally high, but he does have a '95 yellow coupe right now), http://www.konkens.com (they just sold a yellow '95 coupe I think), there are so many other ones, I don't know where to start. The autotrader might be a good one, too, you can search by color.

No better color. The only problem with it is the bugs love it as much as I do. At the last skyline drive, out of 20 vettes a goog 10-11 of em were red. Guess who had the only yellow :yesnod: When I get a ZO6 guess which color I'm getting? YELLOW! :flag

I've owned 2 yellow C4's and loved them. I will say driving a yellow vette, people notice you immediately! If you like attention, you'll love it. Good luck getting it! Try to get the dealer to come down a little bit more maybe to $15K. But if you like, get it! :cheers:

I like yellow! Check out the RPO's in the hatch behind the drivers seat and see if there are mods that would enhance the value to you.
