new wheels
O.K. I'm buying new wheels this week!! Which way would you go?? My two choices are polished aluminun ZR-1 wheels or chrome 2000 C-5 wheels the ZR-1's are a little cheaper but both are in my price range. Also is there a problem with using tire foam with polished wheels? I was told it would ruin the finish. Thanks for the help YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!! :hurray:

So stick with the ZR-1'S.....they are fantastic.....and I want them......

Nothing wrong with these badboys either you can get them for around 800 or so a set.. AFS chrome ZO6 add 600 or so for a set of kumho ecsta in 275/35/18s all the way around and your driving in style.. IMHO

Polished ZR1 with clearcoat. The clearcoat just makes them easier to take care of. :cool: Be sure to go with 11" in back with the GS offset. :cool:

I would go for the ZR1 cause I like the 11in. rears, also if your car is a 87 I believe you need the ZR1 offset instead of the GS,
Look at AFS website, they have a list of what years for what offset.
Both choices look good, also the ZO6 are killer as well. the rears can be had in 10 1/2 I think.......
