Thanks for the info, the local exhaust shop are making up a new pipe for me tomorrow as the LH one has blown through. They are planning to weld a nut onto the pipe for the sensor . ( I’m a long way from any Corvette parts stockist.)
They mentioned that the sensor has to be the correct distance inside the pipe so it sounds as if they know what they’re doing…………..!
BTW - My engine bay is still looking good from the one spray of Armorall Tyre spray, I’ve told lots of people about it, thanks again.

Vizkiz first, you should have only one and it should be about 6" or less below the junction of the manifold and the engine pipe
