I've got the cherrywood kit in mine, and I like it. The Forum ***** comments don't bother me, because I think it looks great, and I've had plenty of compliments from other people, including (perish the thought) other Corvette owners.
I HAD a wood kit in mine...
the previous owner put it in...and it was the first thing to go
It's 100% out now, and let me say, I couldn't be happier
I don't think it looked bad, I had a nice kit, but it just wasn't for me
I have a kit that came in the car when i bought it. I think it livens the interior up and a lot of people have said nice compliments about it. i have pics on my website and will be making a post tomorrow, finally got to wash and wax the car.

I just did mine, except I went the no-mar route. Looks good! :D
Personally I don't care fo rWood kits, but I just ordered a real brushed aluminum kit fo rmy vetter.. We'll see if I keep it or throw it out the window. Should look nice, but dunno.. Can't be worse than the old plastic that's in the car now.. (ALthough it is still near perfect after 18years) :D
I had one in my Vette when I first bought it. I took it out not too long after. It looks a whole lot better if you ask me. Wood kits shouldn't be in Vettes. :nono:
