Hot dogs, apple pie, and Chevrolet just go together! Chevy embossed this into the fiberglas just above the passenger rear speaker on my 1990 convertible.
:flag
That's a fantastic secret!
I remember the summer that was a big-time advertising campaign! :flag

Now there's one I haven't seen! That's very cool.
Some more trivia... the front area of the rear speaker grill (coupes) is a vent. The other end of the vent is located on the door jamb, below the latch pin(?). Unfortunately it doesn't work to well; I still have to slam the hatch shut when the doors are closed.
There was a thread concerning this a year or two ago. Here's one I remember:
There's a light that stays on under the rear of the car after you get our of it (check it out some night, it's cool).
My '87 has the light under the mirror but there's also a light that stays on all the time and dimly lights the shifter/climate control area.

I heard that c-4's have a chick magnet hid under the dash somewhere? :jester
I bought mine used - the original owner must of taken the chick magnet out and kept it or something.
There is a common problem with the trunk monkey hiding the chick magnet so if you missing yours it may not have been the previous owner. The problem is more common in coups since there is no containment system for the trunk monkey, which came as standard equipment when the chick magnet option was selected. :D

bought my 95 coupe 2 1/2 years ago. :steering:
met someone really special 2 month later
got married to her 3 weeks ago
Congratulations! She's starting off with a Vette in the family, so you're already ahead of the game. Just be sure she knows that when more Vettes come along, they are to be just as welcome into the family. And, remember ... having kids is NO excuse to get rid of a Vette.

Re: C4 Secrets??? (scorpion)
Does everyone know about the 'S" power button for the side bolsters on the sport seats? Its located on the front bottom left of the seat. Opposite on the passenger side. I had my over a year before I noticed it. :yesnod: I like to be fitted perfectly, this option helps alot.
If you are in a real hurry on the battery, you can remove the wiring to the cruise control unit, remove the three bolts securing the cruise and lift the battery out of the top. Takes about two minutes and you don't have to worry about scratches.
