I agree with Mitymek.
I worked in a Prison for a couple of years. After you actually see child molesters, rapists and murders being released to make room for Drunk Drivers, somehow they don't seem as bad. I also do not in any way condone durnk driving, but just make sure the punnishment fits the crime
