Default Vanity Plate question

My current plate says, IM RDY. I am going to change it, but DMV in Cali. won't let me use what I want... IB6UB9. Heck, what's wrong with that? Anyways, I thought about getting WOMNIZR instead. Certainly, they can't have a problem with that? Do you think most women would take that as an insult and not give me the time of day? lol

I just tried to get these plates in Michigan and was turned down as they said these could be a standard issue. ZAD 87 87 ZAD (for Zora Arkus Duntov 1987). I then tried RONS87 and their computer search gave me a go. I expect them to arrive in a month or so.

California DMV state that they will only allow 69 on a plate of a 1969 vehicle.
Also anything that they think can be interpreted as offensive is denied.

I have found that my Vette gets enough attention without having to try. Both positive and negative. I understand the desire for a vanity plate. After all "vanity"...

But a message risks interpretation...or as likely as not MIS-interpretation. If it's a standard issue plate one doesn't have to explain...or defend.

Hey! But that's just me...knock yourself out! :seeya

DBWADE, why not just get the plate 'FCK'. When some hot honey asks you about it, just say "it would make more sense if you (u) were in it".

Well, here's a womans point of view! Yes, there are some of them on this forum :) I would not take offense to it at all, I like it, I think it's cute, and would definately make me take a look at who's driving.
