finally got around.....

i was out in the garage relettering the 84's "cross fire" logos, and finally thought about checking the RPO's. guess what, it's a Z51! i thought it was cool anyway...
i'm amazed! it doesn't seem a harsh ride to me! i was hoping for the performance axel ratio too, but no luck there.

anyway, no big deal, i was just bustin' to tell somebody, so you guys get to put up with it. :D

Look under the rear compartment doors. Look for Z51 anywhere on there.
Or, look at your stock wheels. If they are 8.5" Sorry, stock susp. If they are 9.5" SUPER COOL YOUR IN THE CLUB!!!

My '88 is a Z52 equipped car. Not a Z51 but, not a standard suspension car either. :D

Cool Dan! :cool: Now even more :steering: :D So many people complain about the early C4s' Z51, but I intend someday to have a '84-'89, and I really will try to get one with Z51 because I just enjoy this suspension, it's a lot of fun :yesnod: I love the supposedly "harsh" ride - it makes it feel more like a sports car!! :seeya :cool: :cool:
