you simply remove the carpeted cover on the sill... a few screws on the outside (against the door) and the cover, the plastic piece that runs up the door jam and it will slip up out of the way.
the enclosure is screwed to the sill... 2 bolts WAY up front, the other too more logically placed... after that... self explainitory.
I have the same problem on my '92 and tried removing the panel, but after I've removed the screws, the panel seems to be held by something by the speaker cover. Is it velcro'd or is there another screw up front?
No screw, but they use a pretty tough mastic type sealer around them, As I recall it has some backing paper (thick) If you are persistant, it will come loose.
