I drove up to Scranton to have lunch with my ailing Mom and saw 3 C4s on the way up. 2 on rte 15 and 1 on I81 (across the median  ), all waving like heck. I thought I was going to have a 100% trip until I returned on some back roads. 1 C4 in Sunbury PA looking right at me at a red light, no wave :( Oh well, I was 3 for 4. :seeya
How did the C5s do you ask? Why, they were 100% (NO WAVES!) :nopity
I don't know how to put this, but whenever I drive the wife's C4, I'm horrible at the wave. I miss 75%, at least.
Here's why: When take the C4, it's more likely for work. I have the A/C cranked, I'm on the phone doing work, whatever. I'm in normal car mode, because the C4 does a really good job of allowing that sort of use. I know the C5's are even better.
When I'm in the C3, it's a beautiful day, the tops are off, the stereo is up, forget the phone. So the fact that I'm in my Vette is firmly in my head. So I wave like crazy.
My point is, I don't think most of the C5'ers mean anything by it. Nor will the C6'ers. Hell, a lot of them have earlier editions at home. It's just the frame of mind you're in when you're driving.
