Never set foot in the place....but I lived in New Jersey for two years and went out of my way to and from work just to drive by and look at all the Vettes there. It was the only thing that gave me strength to go to work everyday.

I just kept telling myself "someday"

I've never heard anything bad. Their pricing is on the high side (but not as high as some other Corvette places).

Which one are you interested in?

Looking at 2 different ones
1) the 1996 silver coupe for 26,900 and I have an interest in the
2) 1971 silver coupe for 17,900.
I know 2 different vehicles, but really a toss up.
Thanks

Small world!

Conte's has had that one since 08/23/02. I know because I had an appointment with the previous owner to check it out. I was very interested in buying it. I had a late afternoon appointment and when I called him at about noon to confirm that I was still coming he informed me that he sold it to Conte's the night before instead. I was crushed.

I probably have a bunch of emails from that guy about the car. If you're interested I can try to dig them up for you.

Contes holds cars for a loooooooong time and does not really come down on price.......very nice cars though.

I have never bought from them but I have stopped in a few times and talked with them. They are very nice and very straight forward about their cars. They are all in great shape as advertised.

The prices are somewhat steep but that is what you are paying for when you deal with the high quality corvette shops
