:lol: i thought the same, but i just went to Corvette Action Center's spec and performence pages, and looked at all the factory 0-60 times from 92-96, and they ranged from 5.1 secs (96 lt-4) to 5.6 in 92 or 93 :smash: i just rounded to 6

I guess the numbers in the manuals/video that come with the car very aggressive. I know the ZR-1 book that came with car says 4.3 although other sources have the ZR-1 at 4.9.
Also my 92 video said something like 4.9 for the base coupe and I think 4.6 for the 92 ZR-1. I guess the numbers are all over the map :lol:
I'd say both cars are safely low 5 second cars with a good driver :steering:

My '94 LT1 auto w/ 3.08 gears was the fastest -stock- LT1 I've ever seen with a 13.65 ET. In that trim it ran a 5.6 0-sixty.
I would have to imagine a well-driven LT4 could drip lower into the 5s. I highly, highly doubt any TRULY STOCK LTX could hit the 4s.
There are stories out there, but people slowly forget what STOCK means and times get a little lower as the memory gets foggier :-)
