Default A new old guy

I'm glad to finally be a part of this forum. I eaves dropped for quite a while to build up my courage. I have been involved with Corvettes for many years. In fact, I still own the first Corvette I ever bought. I recently bought a 95 coupe, which is the reason I started reading on the forum. I grew up with carburetors, points and 4 speeds, I'm mostly at a loss when it comes to fuel injection, computers and electronic automatics. I've picked up some information from the forum and look forward to learning more. I am impressed with the knowledge and comprehension shown by the members here, you all are to be congratulated on your dedication to this hobby! :D

Tim

It sounds like you've forgotten more car knowledge than some of us have ever known. You are just the kind of guy we want to hear from. Now don't be afraid to add your two cents' worth when you can!

Welcome to the forum........ :seeya

Come on in, the waters fine! :) Looks like we are about the same age. I am on my 2nd C4 and have owned a 65 and an 81 in the past. These cars are awsome and this forum is awsome. By the way, have you visited the Museum and the Corvette assembly plant yet? They are located in Bowling Green, KY and are well worth the trip. Enjoy! and welcome! :seeya

Let the learnin begin. I miss the days of 4 hoses,8 spark plugs and 4 barrels. They were so easy to diagnose and fix. I learn something here eveyday and i'm sure you will too.
Welcome to the forum

Maybe you can learn enough to teach me about EFI and digital dashboards....
