I'm guessing with a name like "Bugleboy84" that you have an '84?
First, I would cover up the air cleaner, alternator and distributor.
Second, wash the h*ll out of it.
Third, remove coverings, and start it up to make sure it runs ok. :thumbs:

add to make sure you check all your elec connections and make sure they are connected and sealed tight.... then use a little elbo grease ....

From 1992 to 1994. I would stay away from hoseing it down,because of the opti spark. But it was changed in 1995. They didnt have the same problem. But i would still be careful, even if i had a 95 or 96. Clean by hand :)
