96 keyless entry
I'm having problems with my alarm.The key fob is unlocking the passenger door and the rear hatch but the alarm won't automatically set itself when I walk away and have to use the key to open the drivers door.Where is the alarm system and what would I check?

Sounds like your PKE is disabled. Stand next to the driver's door and hold the door button on the key fob (hold for about 10-20 seconds) the door locks will cycle. Now your system should work properly. This same procedure works to disable it. Hope this helps
