What I want to know, is with the exception of maybe dryrot, why would tires, that have 13k on them, be listed as "good"?? A car with such low miles you'd think they'd be like new?
As I understand it the seller does have to take the highest bid on a no reserve auction, but some people have been known to cancel the auction if it appears they are not going to get the price they were hoping for. Not saying this guy will do that, but as Yogi said "It ain't over til its over".
It must work both ways as far as buying or selling.
I've seen where the buyer stated his last buyer didn't live up to the contract.
I've also seen where selling didn't come through with the sale.
But in most cases everything seems to work like it should.

I just put my front license plate on yesterday to avoid any hastles from the cops and mine had a hole also.
I've never had a front plate on my car but I had the cover off the other day to clean it and I had a styrofoam block under the cover. I was wondering how I would mount the plate to this foam, glad I read this thread.
