Elbow Grease!
The engine compartment of the vert had never been cleaned by the original owner. I decided to restore it to new condition. 45 hours, 3 bottles of spray nine, 3 cans of trim shine, 3 rolls of shop towels, 4 rolls of paper towels, 1 can of mothers aluminum polish got me this:
Here's a before shot of the pass side:
AFTER :D
Before and after of the wheels, they took me 2 hours each
Love that aluminum suspension
The front of the undercarriage got done, I have to finish that to the back and do the rear suspension and wheels :D

What, do they sell elbow grease on MAD now? Gotta get me some of that.
I spent a week on mine last summer and it doesn't look half as good as that. Good job John.

Re: Elbow Grease! (Rex Ruby)
What did you use to get the inside of the wheel wells back to black? Mine is flaking and has lot of white areas.
