Mines a Z07. Didn't find out till I brought it home. What a great surprise!!!!!
Me too - didn't realize I was getting all the goodies when I bought this car. Whoever ordered it must have forseen the future and picked all the options I would have.
What does it come with? I may be maistaken but I didnt think it was the adjustable suspansion package. My car had the big wheels and tires and when I went to buy tires the size on my car were listed online as belonging to the zo7 package but my car isnt an adjustable suspension car.

Check your RPO"S. ZO7 shud be listed. ZO7 cars are supposed to have the same size tires on all corners, 275/40 ZR-17.

Z-07 owners roll-call?
The Z-07 Freak is here!

I see you have a '96 if you have 275s front and back, you have the Z-51 package.
Hey, quick question for those who have lowered the front.
Our cars come with two spacers under the spring. I put the lowering wedge in and am planning on removing both spacers. The lowering wedge is only about .250" less in height than the stock spacer.
Has anyone done this and can you tell me what combination on wedge/shim removal you used and how far down the front went.
I removed every piece of rubber on the spring, including the rubber on the end links. It sits unbelievably low. I'll try and get some pictures.
The 92 to 95 Z07 cars came with stiffer springs (the front not quite as stiff as the 89 and 90 Z51 cars), and the rears just as stiff I believe. They came with a 30mm solid front stabilizer bar, 24mm solid rear stabilizer bar (I think the Z51 cars came with a 26mm bar), FX3 adjustible suspension (I think the settings are a little firmer than the 91 cars), 13" rotor up front with the J55 brake caliper, and stiffer bushings. If I'm missing something, let me know. I think they did 738 of them in 1992.

In 1996 I believe the Z51 cars came with 9.5 rims all the way around. Z07 included FX3 (adjustable ride control).
I didn't know until checking my RPO codes in the Corvette Black Book. Finding out my car was 1 of 733 Z07's produced in 1991 is what got me really excited about my car, and probably what prompted me to find corvetteforum. I know there's more of us Z07 owners out there -- Keep it coming, guys and gals!! BTW, If you own a '91-'95 and don't know if yor car is a Z07, look on the underside of your armrest. There should be a RPO code list. Make sure the the VIN number on this list matches the VIN on the dash. If the list includes Z07, your car is a Z07.

WOW! What a great idea. ;)
I'm just curious to know... It sounds like most Z-07 owners learned their Vette has the Z-07 after they bought it. Any of you actively search for yours?
It took me six years to find my '91 turquoise/saddle leather Z-07.
When I have more time to write it, I will post specs I have on the Z-07 springs and sway bars.
 I wish mine was a z07. I now have the brakes. Bars and bushings coming this week. Springs soon. But your shock system is too much for the budget.
ZPDX, I kept one of the metal shims. After lowering front and back she sits nicley, but not low. The heavy duty parts with the Z07 ROP seemed to make her sit a little higher than most other C4's before the mod, she nows seems to sit just a shade lower than others. I did not want to get too radical and detract from what makes the car unique.
Of course, it's hard for most to beat the stiffness and road feel of our Z07's :D .

RPO Z07 was available up to '95 and included, the following RPO options as a package: J55 brakes, FX3 adjustable shocks, 9.5" rims all around, and HD springs and roll bars.
In '96 there were a bunch of changes which prompted Chevy to drop the Z07 RPO code. The Z51 option came back; the 13" (HD) brakes became standard equipment; and lastly the FX3 was replaced by the F45 (realtime dampening). You probably have a Z51 car without the F45 option. You have all the handling/braking upgrades of the Z07 without the adjustable suspension, which some would consider a benefit since you don't have to replace extremely expensive shocks when they wear out.
