Fan setting switch?
i thought hypertech sold these to go along with their thermostats but i dont see them on the site. does anyone know where i can get one of these? Something that programs my fans to come on at a lower temp than the stock 230 degrees?

I too got tired of the high coolant temps and bought a used Hypertech programmer from a member of this board. I reset my fans to come on at 200 off at 185 and left in my stock thermostat. Couldn't see going to the 160 degree thermostat with those settings. Before, I would see 235 regularly and now, never over 203 even in July in stop and go traffic. Usually stays about 192 with these setting and stock antifreeze (no additives). Have you cleaned out all the trash behind the radiator lately? That will also make a big difference.
