Other than the 4 rocker points, 1)behind the front wheel and inward about a foot 2) forward of the rear wheel and inward about a foot. Jack only on the frame(painted black). You will need some scrap wood on your floor jack to keep from crushing stuff. You can also get a floor jack adapter to lift under the diff.
You can jack along the outer, bottom edge of the frame - the points are identified right on the rocker covers (they are on my '94). As for the jackstand locations.....just see my sig pic.
For the front, first drive up on some 2 x 6's, then you can place regular ramps or a floor jack and lift. Place jack stands where the swarbar connects to the frame.
For the rear, I use the jack-a-vette, then you can see where I placed the jackstands, I've also placed them forward of teh rear wheels on the frame, it all depends on what needs work.
