I went to these people and placed an order in Jan. http://www.C4dhr.com
I got feedback from Paypal that they got their money. I heard nothing from them. I have wrote 2 emails without a reply.
Stay away from these people Looks like I got ripped off.
One thing that would tip me off to them not being completely up to par, is the fact that the site hasn't been updated in months... There's still a special running across the screen for October 2003.
I ordered covers for my door handles. It was a spur of the monent thing and
I didn't take the time to check out the whole site. The link was posted on this Forum and I had heard about them before so didn't expect any problems.
Buyer Beware
I'll put that link on my web site and attribute this find to you, if that's OK with you. I have several links to stories with outright dishonesty involved (part not fit for use/seller with integrity issues such as being purposefully dishonest with purchaser. I plan to place links to all of these stories in one place but till then there will be links to them only next to the part(s) involved/in question.
Sorry about your misfortune but that's good stuff for my site! :D Glad to know I'm not the only one with horror stories!
PayPal is pretty good about following up on complaints. I had the same problem a few months ago on an unrelated item. I filled out their withdrawl form and after investigation credited my card. They wrote back and said the seller was at fault.
I know from experience that mailing time from Canada can be at least 15 days.
I understand the delay for the product, but when they don't send any confirmation or answer any emails you have to think you've been had.
I sent a snail letter addressed to the name I found on the Domain Name page.
I'll also make a check with paypal. It was not that much money on my order but I'd hate for some other CF member to get taken also.

Yesterday, I sent them an email with a link to this thread and mentioned that CF is by far the largest Corvette forum in the US. I haven't heard anything back from them yet...

That's funny... I did too, almost word for word!!!!!!!
At this time I doubt if anyone will hear anything from them. I still have not
got a peep. I got in touch with paypay and also wrote a snail letter to the
owner of the site. If I ever get any more info I'll post it.
Thanks for all the advice and help.

This along with their website would warn me away.
