This is my first post on the forum. I bought my 1991 last July. When I got it, the factory mufflers were still in place, but dual pipes were ran, eliminating the Y pipe and cats. Aslo, white sawblade wheels were on it, but were looking a little worn. They had no scratches on them, but brake dust had taken its toll on the white. I finally got sick of scrubbing them after every drive so I got a set of polished ZR1's from AFS. The Firestone Firehawk tires were at almost full tread, so I left them on. I also removed the stock mufflers and put on Borla mufflers. They are the ones with dual 3" intercooled tips. They sound very mean. The car is in great overall condition. The interior is practically perfect. The Bose system was removed, so I installed a Sony CD player and Kenwood 6X9's in the rear. Here are some pictures of the car before and after my alterations.

Re: New Guy Here (scofolo)
Loosing those white wheels did a world of good for it! Looks great now. If you get tired of constantly cleaning your wheels, get some ceramic pads from Raybestos, Bendix or United. Guaranteed no noise too. Welcome to the forum and the obsession! :seeya
Great looking car! Love the Borlas. How is the interior resonance with those?
I love the Borlas too. Mainly because of the response I get from people outside of the car. I passed a Saleen Mustang on the highway (Saleens come with Borla) and he caught back up and said he never heard a Vette sound so good. The interior is horrible at 1800 rpm. Windows down, targa off, music up - it doesn't matter. I still hear it. But it is a small price to pay for the reaction I get from everyone when I lay on the gas or even just start it up.
