Default Need Help. Tire Sensor

The place that put my tires on broke the sensor belt on the front tire. :mad
Need a new one. I know about Ecklers. I wonder if there is a less expensive one out there. THEY are paying for it, but the dealer wanted over 600 dollars. You can't buy the band, you have to purchase the whole unit. Any suggestions or is Ecklers the best bet.??
Thanks!

I knew they were expensive, but $600?!

One of by bands were busted too and a friend of a friend was able to get just the band for me. Plus it was free! If I didn't run into that deal I doubt I would have spent that kind of money for another unit. I'd have pulled the bulb and the LTPWS would have been history. :seeya

I had a bad sensor and got a new one last fall. I ordered from Corvette Central, they were by far the cheapest around when I was looking. I just checked and they have them for $251 (for the rears at least) plus shipping ect. I haven't put it in yet, I'm waiting to get new tires (and wheels). I think the ecklers ones were $300 or so. Good luck.

Thanks! Contacted Corvette Central and got one for $193.00 for the front. I think the tire place is greatful that it only cost that much. Previous quotes were way too high.
