How to replace the headliner?

I bought the headliner replacement kit from MAD and I was wondering if anyone here has used it before?

Can someone place share their experience on how to do this job?

I don't want to mess up and there are no instructions.

Is the kit a complete ready to install headliner or the fabric and glue?

Work your fingers around the edges of existing headliner and carefully work headliner free . Not real hard just go slow. Peel existing fabric from headliner. Foam residue will remain. Carefully rub and scrape off foam without gouging backer board. Use spray adhesive as per instructions to glue on. Trim fabric even with edge DO NOT WRAP COMPLETELY AROUND TO BACK. The unit won't fit back in if completely wrapped. Remember less is more with adhesive. Too much will bleed thru and stain headliner. Easy project Takes about 2 hrs.
