My left rear wheel well is cracked. I wanted to replace it, but can't find any source that sells them. So I tried to removed it to repair it... but can't get it off! I took all the screws securing it, yes even the one on top, but it seems to be stuck / secured to the top! I tried to remove the right rear wheel well and same thing!? How the hell do you get them off? Or are they just part of the rear clip?
did you get the bolt that is on the bottom side of the rocker panel. its right where the jack is placed to jack the car. also when i had mine out last i had the wheel off and the car was jacked up. even though i had that bolt out the jack pinched the fender panel and the rocker together and i was not able to slide it out. hope this helps :smash:
JD Corvette in Belleflower, CA sells them. For some models, they have to be trimmed and you may have to drill a hole or two, but no big deal. I forget exactly what they cost, but I think is was about $45. I saw them from another vendor, but at the moment I can't remember which one.
OK, got it, http://www.corvettecentral, part#144390L, $56.95
