Got nailed tonight
Took the Z out to shake down an idle problem I've been battling. I get to a local highway and opened up her, got up into triple digits, then let off. Out of nowhere this car is on my azz just as I think wtf, the red and blues come on
:( I pull over and it's a female trooper, she asks me if I know what the speed limit is (I told her yes) and for my paper work and asks if I'm a police officer. I tell no but I am an associate FOP member. She goes back to her car for like 20 minutes, I guess checking me on the computer, she comes back and tells me she was sitting at the light on the other side of the road when I opened up the Z and thought I was taunting her. She wrote me for failure to obey traffic signs $105 and the best part no points :hurray: I'll take that any day over a triple digit ticket :yesnod: I am thanking my lucky stars right now :cheers:

Officers don't need radar to make a speeding pinch stick.
If you pass the "attitude test", they can be real decent human beings.
Fail the test, and they can be just as bad (or worse) than the rest of us.

I'd say you got lucky, but lucky would be if she happend to write her phone number on that ticket, so I'll say someone was watching out for you :D
