Default RockAuto

Well I ordered a set of BruteStop 13" rotors for my 94, got them today, opened up the boxes and low and behold the Right rotor was not new, in fact is was used and on the box it was marked "Warped Rotor" !!!
How they could send me a return I have no idea. Normally I would be pissed, but luckily I don't need the new brakes and pads this weekend. Plus they were very quick in appoligizing and will send out a new rotor today.
I guess anytime you get humans you can have mistakes, at least RockAuto has some good customer service, better then some other companies I have delt with before for sure.

BTW, the rotors are marked left and right. Stupid question: Are those side from a sitting position or looking from hood back? Would hate to put them on backwards.

Left and right always refers to the orintation from driving position. Left is drivers side, right is passenger side.

Glad they were so helpful in fixing the mistake and glad you didnt need them. Nothing more upsetting than getting bad/wrong parts when you need them!!

I bet the look on your face was priceless when you opened up the box with the used rotor. I wish I had a camera.
