LT4 vs LS1???
I was just wondering if anyone ever actually raced or seen this race happen? I know it will be really close but i was wondering if anyone ever actaully seen this race and which one usually wins.

Stock for stock LT4, I know this only because I have raced plenty of stock LS1's with my LT1, not untill 2001 was a stock LS1 vette able to beat me and that was only by a hundreth.
I have beat LT4's as well, but that was due mostly to the other driver not being able to shift his car effectively.

Hmmm...interesting. Good to know, although most of the LS1s around PHX have at *least* a catback (even the old fogies) and more often than not, much more than that. Reference: CF Member "ICULUKNC5"

A fellow forum member with an '03 and I have been to the drag strip several times together. Both with cat backs and cold air. We were within a couple hundreths until he had some LS-1 Edit work done. I was the first in the 12s though and was maybe 3-4 huundreths quicker. His car has since gone quicker with the computer tune.
