Filler Plate
I just purchased a filler plate, and had it painted. Is there a secret to installing it? I have a 1991 Corvette. It seems to fit, but tough to get at it to screw in. Thanks for any help.....

It is a little difficult to get the screws started. A long, thin screw driver should work.
