I just joined up today after enjoying this site the last couple of weeks. I have found many of your comments very helpful.
My 91 corvette is a torch red beauty which I was able to upgrade to after my 84 Corvette was stolen. They caught the bad guys but my vette had already been stripped down. In the end, it worked out well. I like the replacement. I cracked the heads on it after running it hot, though. Bad girl, I know. After a year of being out of service and one valve job later I am back on the road again. I have had to beat my husband away to drive it, though.
I have a question for you knowledgable sorts. My 91 Corvette has standard seats. Can I switch them for 86 sport seats? Thanks for any help out there.
They should bolt up no problem, but not sure about the wiring and also there is a joy stick type switch in the center counsel that controls the up/down and front/back movement.

Seats will probably bolt up, but you may get into real wiring harness mess, unless you can go personally pick out what you need from a donor car.
