For all C4 owners. Has anyone installed a CD changer in their Vette? If so, where did you mount it where it cannot be easily seen from the outside?

When I had my 84- I put a Kenwood 10 disc unit in the rear compartment behind the drivers seat...it sat upright and went across from one corner to the other (like if you were to draw an X from each corner) I didn't have to use any special mounts to do it...ran the wire under the carpet then under the compartment frame...

Now I have a 94 Vert and the compartments are different...more stuff in them I guess!

Mounted mine in the compartment behind the passanger seat. It sits up right so the disk tray slides in from the top -- easy access, out of the way and, more importantly, out of sight
