Back bumper deformed
I picked this car up yesterday, thought it was perfect, and it was raining at the time I picked her up. Washed her and waxed it and noticed the rear bumper looks deformed
This is on a 1992 vette. Is this normal? I mean does this usually happen over time or anything??

Car may have been smacked.People think that if you hit a rubber bumper it wont damage it but it does.

Yep thats it. Right by the 3rd brake light. Is there any way to fix this, or will I have to buy a new back bumper

Mine is definatly deformed, light or no light you can see it and feel it when you run your hand over it, like the upper side over the light is coming out

Must have been hit on either corner, I'd remove it frrom the car and see if it takes its normal shape. Might have just been bolted on a little cockeyed, and caused it to bow out.

yeah that is a little more than deformed...it looked like someone pushed the light in and it needs to be snapped back in

i would see if you can remove the light from underneath and try to reinstall it or take off the bumper and try to put the light in to see it the bumper is actually "deformed" or will go back to normal if the light was reinstalled correctly
