Looks like you really took the time to get it done right! I think you will find that there are a lot of people on here that think it is a waste to do that...so be prepared....but it does look good...but PLEASE change those wheels!

You need new wheels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not going to your decision to convert your car, but I am curious as to why you would do this instead of just buying a C5 from the beginning?

Well i do have to add one thing, what person thought the c4 owners were so envious of the c5 owners we should have kit to convert our c4's.
well let me put it this way. this car drives a hell of a lot better than any C5 i have driven. Thanks to it being a 84 with Z51. Plus the main thing that i liked about the kit was how much lower the car looks and i never liked the kits that were out there. by doing this i got a C5 style car that looks and handles better because it is a C4. And to top it all off with all the work i have done to it, i have less than 10k$ with the cost of the car in it. so i would like to see someone try and get a C5 for that cheap and get it to handle like this good for them. Most people i know with nice c4s spent just as much or more than me.
now that i got my reasoning out of he way i hope you guy understand why i went with the kit.
oh wheels are next on the list

I THINK THAT LOOKS GREAT! I'M ALWAYS DOWN FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT - THE WHEELS DO HAVE TO GO! - ANY PLANS ON WHAT YOU WANNA GET? ZR1's? Z06's? - I'D GO WITH A BLACK COLOR RIM TO SET IT OFF - BUT THATS MY OPINION - I STILL THINK THATS GREAT THOUGH - I WAS PLANNING ON SWAPPING THE FRONT/REAR CLIP OF MY VETTE TO A ZR1 LOOK TO FINISH THE GRAND SPORT LOOK ON MY 84 - BUT I DECIDED TO HOLD BACK AND KEEP IT THAT WAY - I LOVE THE WAY OF THE 80's C4 LOOK ALL AROUND.
its still a crossfire motor but the block and heads are different. blocks out of a 86 blazer, and the heads i don't know the were in the garage so i cleaned then up and had some work done on them.
Looks pretty cool to me! Especially for only having $10k invested. Makes for a pretty sharp looking $10k Vette! But like most everybody else is saying ... new wheels are a must! If I were you, I'd highly consider replacing them with C5 wheels. That should finish your project up real nice.
