Default New vette owner

I purchased my '91 red coupe almost two weeks ago, and after installing a new m.a.p. sensor the car is running fantastic. It has 74,500 miles, auto trans, new paint, and in great shape; almost needs nothing. Does anyone have suggestions on how to show my pics. I have been a Mustang 5.0 guy since I started driving, but I can already tell quiet a change (for the better) in performance, looks, handleing, and of course othr people's reaction to it. I am so pleased with my new ride I can't even put it into words. Thanks to all of your Knowledge and forums I'm sure the change over (from ford to chevy) will not only be entertaning and enlightening, but well worth the venture. I look forward to many more discussions in the future. Sorry this message was so long.

Welcome aboard! I'm a relatively new Corvette owner myself. Just bought mine in Oct. I too did the Mustang thing. Didn't even drive it the last 2 years I had it.

There are some very knowledgable & nice people on this forum, but you'll find that out. They're very patient with us newbies.

Congrats on the Vette. I was also a 5.0 guy - I had a Vortech s/c'd 88GT making 450rwhp. While that car was an animal - the Vette is a ton more fun. It looks better, handles better, brakes better, gets more attention........hell it's a better car - it's just not as fast (not yet).

As the other have mentioned - don't forget to

Hello and welcome. You made a good choice in leaving the Blue oval. I must admit... they are not all bad. At least Ford was nice enough to put a circle around the problem
